The Hong Kong Black Soldier Fly Biotechnology Application Association (HKBSFBAA) is committed to using black soldier fly (BSF) to address the local food waste issue. We aim to standardize insect farming methodologies to align with the latest global standards, establishing Hong Kong as a leader in this field.
